Justin Kershaw fully understands what it takes to top the competition. His quest for excellence began at Michigan State University where he was a three-year starter for the Michigan State Varsity Football Team and was named a team captain his senior year. Upon the conclusion of his collegiate career, Mr. Kershaw signed as an undrafted free agent with the Carolina Panthers. Through his experience as an undrafted NFL free agent, Mr. Kershaw gained an invaluable amount of knowledge and perspective concerning the NFL pre-draft process.
In his role as Recruiting Coordinator, Mr. Kershaw will oversee the scouting, evaluation and recruitment of the high character young men whom ETL will look to eventually represent. Drawing upon his ability to relate to young athletes, Mr. Kershaw will also aid our clients in utilizing the platform and tremendous opportunity that has been placed before them.
