POST-CAREER COUNSELING & DEVELOPMENT
The ETL Post-Career Development Program (“PCD”) is designed to help our clients identify and create a vision for a fulfilling career after professional football. PCD is a process-oriented and personal approach which will first help our clients gain an understanding of various industries that may be of interest to them and eventually allow them to discover careers that fit their off-the-field passions and acquired skill sets.
PCD will be overseen and implemented by our Director of Post-Career Services Matt Lascari. Prior to joining ETL, Mr. Lascari worked as a Human Resources (“HR”) Manager for Estee Lauder where he was responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, talent development, career coaching, training, college intern programs and employee relations. Mr. Lascari has delivered seminars on resume writing, interviewing, career development and other related topics. Mr. Lascari’s inside knowledge of corporate industry offers him a unique and different perspective into life after football which will provide an invaluable resource for our clients.
