Contract negotiation is our expertise. We have practiced contractual law for over thirteen years in New York City. During this time, we have negotiated over $135 million in contracts for our clients.
Over the past three years, the contracts we have negotiated for our draft picks average an 11.75% increase over the previous year’s rookie pool percentage for the same draft selection.
We were the first agency (in 2002) to negotiate 53 man roster salary for a client on practice squad. As a result of this ground-breaking negotiation, the NFLPA revised its bylaws and opened the door for other players to collect greater compensation while under contract to an NFL team.
We have implemented base salary escalators, performance incentive bonuses and other strategic contractual mechanisms to maximize guaranteed money for our clients.
